The essential factors behind LES's success are expertise, long standing experience in the agency and IT business, and excellent knowledge of the market.

Harald Stitz, founder and managing director of LES and a real specialist in IT concepts and consulting, has been developing job administration processes for advertising agencies since 1992. All together, Stitz has had more than 20 years of experience in industry and advertising.

Martin Engler, co-founder and joint managing director in charge of the LES Development Division, is equally experienced in the advertising business. For eight years, he was the manager of the IT divisions at KNSK/BBDO and the Lowe Group Germany.
